Description

Carol is named after one of the ladies on my page as it was the lady herself who inspired me to put this pattern to paper; I have also used her pictures of the pattern!  This hat and shoes set can be used along with any of my Aran designs as a wee change and the hat is unisex. I have given instructions for moss stitch hat but this can be altered to a garter stitch hat, instructions are included for garter stitch shoes.

My Irish roots have inspired my love of the Aran style of knitting and I have introduced a modern twist to my creations.  Knitted in a simple Moss Stitch or Seed Stitch, it is suitable for a boy or girl.

Size Guide:  The pattern for a Hat has instructions to fit 0-3 months, 3-6 months,  6-12 months and 1-3 years.  The shoes will fit 0-3 months, 3-6 months and 6-12 months.

Wool & yarn recommendation…
