This pattern contains instructions for a cute little Cardigan and Hat with matching shoes. There is a lovely pattern on the yoke and hat and embellishments can be added as desired. This set will fit 14″, 16″ and 18″ chest so approx prem to 9 months or can be used for a reborn doll. Knitted on straight needles, 3.5mm and 4mm sizes pins are required.

Phoebe is a Double Knitting (DK) Pattern available to purchase in PDF form for immediate download or to have printed and posted to you (UK only) for a flat fee of £2.95 – so you’re always best ordering a few patterns together for best value!

About ‘Phoebe’
Phoebe is the granddaughter of a friend of mine, Margaret.  I met Margaret a few years ago and watched as she battled through cancer treatment.  She showed such courage and strength and never complained.  Even when you asked how she was she was always positive!  When Phoebe was born it was like all her Christmases had come together and such a joy to see.  You are a warrior Margaret!

Size Guide:  The pattern for a Hat and Swing Style Coat and has instructions to fit 14″,16″ and 18″ chest.  The pattern also has instructions for the accompanying ‘Mary Jane’ shoes.

Wool & yarn recommendation…

I often get asked which wool I use and who my yarn supplier is!  For this knit I have used Stylecraft Special DK which I selected for its softness, it is very gentle on a baby’s skin.  There are over 88 different shades available through LoveCrafts, who are my preferred yarn and wool supplier.  (Spend over £25 to get free P&P and sign up their newsletter for 15% off your first order!)… I would also recommend Paintbox DK for this pattern.

    Beautiful pattern to knit. Was a bit flumkxed at first with the ssp stitch but once I worked it out it was a joy to knit. May be an inexperienced knitter would be stuck but the ladies on website are very hepful and could assist if this was the case. Well worth working through.
